Cecile B. Evans (Cleveland, 1983) is a Belgian-American video and installation artist. She lives and works in both London and Berlin. Her early work was inspired by various sources such as film, science and popular culture, and she has explored the life of data after death via an animated rendition of a Hollywood actor.

Evans has been commissioned to create works for the Serpentine Galleries in London, the Musée d’Art Moderne de la Ville de Paris, and Tate Liverpool. In 2017 she had her first museum exhibition, What the Heart Wants, at Frans Hals Museum – Hal.
