We proudly announce that during Frans Hals and the Moderns (open from 13 October) TWO Malle Babbe's will be on view together for the first and last time in Haarlem: the original Frans Hals from 1633/35 and a copy made by Gustave Courbet in 1869.

The works, on loan from the Gemäldegalerie in Berlin and the Hamburger Kunsthalle, are on view from 13 October in the exhibition Frans Hals and the Moderns. Read more about Malle Babbe here (in Dutch).
